Ten Weeks to a Perfect Ten – Push Ups, Week 1

It’s arrived! No longer will you dread, “drop and give me ten push ups” in a workout class ever again. You will throwdown and bang out ten perfect push ups, jump back on your feet and be like, yeah, what’s next…that was easy!

So here it is! The first vid is probably not what you’re expecting, but if you get week 1 right, you’re made!! Go get ’em!
