If juicing is one of the ways you choose to pack in some micronutrients to your daily dose, we’ve found a way to give it a little fibre-kick so you don’t have to go without.

As you mill your chosen vegetable through the juicer you immediately wave bye bye to the fibrous pulp making way for the healthy juice to follow. Your juicer should have a little container where all the pulp goes. Rather than ditching the pulp or recycling it into your compost, why not spoon some of it back into your juice? If you feel the consistency is too thick, add a little water to reduce the thickness.
