If your goal is just fitness, have some fun!

We use the term “just fitness” loosely. What we mean is that if you don’t have a specific goal like a race, or to look bangin’ in your wedding dress, and want to feel fitter which obvs’ has the fringe benefits of weight loss and looking fly (if you eat right too, you know the drill by now FGs), then it’s important that you enjoy it.
Starting exercise, especially if you hated P.E. at school, or can’t stand gyms, can be daunting to the beginner or someone returning to fitness. So it’s important that whatever you do, you make sure you’re going to enjoy it. It’s key to making sure you will continue on the road to fit-bulous!
Yeah sure we go on about the hierarchy of fat loss and the dos and don’ts of food, but that’s all fine tuning. You gotta start somewhere, so we suggest you find something you enjoy, be it a dance class, a walk with a friend, an active weekend away or body-popping. Just start, and then you can learn other necessaries from there. Obviously it is very clear that your are extremely intelligent since you read Fit Girl, studies have shown that, that extra brain power alone burns extra calories, so what’s not to love!
