Get it done by 12pm!

How do you spend your days? Dreading that project that you can’t face? Putting off your workout? Thinking of ways to avoid dull, mundane tasks? These I’ll-do-it-later thoughts will sap your energy, preventing you from enjoying your day guilt-free. So at the start of each day, get the things you dread done by 12pm. It gives you a deadline and then you have plenty of time to get along without the dread. It also means you spend less time thinking about it and more time doing it!
This week, why don’t you list three things at the beginning of your day that you are going to get done my 12pm. If it’s a big project, you can decide to spend a focused 20-40 minutes on it. Here’s to guilt-free afternoons!!
