Do you have a friend that goes above and beyond the call of duty? Y’know, the friend that does the kind of extraordinary stuff that frankly is too much hassle for the rest of us to do!!! Let’s not pretend girls, there have been times when you could’ve reached out but, well didn’t…we’ve all been there, ain’t no shame in it. Anyways let’s not dwell on the virtuous and the virtue-less! NIVEA is launching its Feel Closer Awards to celebrate the relationships that matter to people. Whether it be a friend who goes above and beyond, a family member who is a great support or a colleague who inspires you, you can nominate them at www.nivea.co.uk/raceforlife 10 regional winners will be announced in August and one national winner will then be selected.
The campaign has been launched to coincide with NIVEA’s sponsorship of Cancer Research UK’s Race for Life. With research by NIVEA revealing that 86 per cent of us believe relationships with our family and friends shape who we are, and 84 per cent believing that our relationships are the most important things in our lives. The deadline for awards entries is 31 July. So if you think you know someone who fits the bill, you can enter them by logging on to www.NIVEA.co.uk/raceforlife. There will be a total of ten regional winners from across the UK each winning £250 plus a NIVEA pamper bag. One overall winner will scoop the national title winning an additional prize up to the value of £250. The winner can choose from a variety of vouchers for either a stay in a UK hotel, a luxury UK spa break, their favourite shop or a ‘Red Letter’ experience day. Alternatively they can opt for a luxury hamper. Entries should be made by 31 July – voting closes on 31 August.
