5 things you should never to leave until tomorrow

1. Your workout – if you run out of time for your 30 minute workout, get creative and do something in 10 or 20 minutes, flexibility is the key to fitness being a part of your life
2. Your mental stress – get all of the things you have to do out of your head and onto paper. You’ll sleep sounder with a quieter mind
3. Cleansing your face or brushing your teeth. Night time is the time in which your body replenishes itself. Allow your make-up-free skin to breath and don’t let plaque build on your teeth.
4. Laughing. It keeps you young! A day without laughter starves your spirit!
5. Picking up the phone, or texting a friend you haven’t seen in ages!
