1. Your skin will glow cos you eat lots of luscious veggies and drink lots of water and stuff. Trips to a cosmetic surgeon are not on your life itinerary. We’re all about the healthy food lift, not the under-the-knife lift, you dig!
2. You’ll feel strong, cos you know that lifting tiny weights hoping that you’re gonna shift some ass ain’t how it rolls. Squats, lunges, step ups girls. With weights. Not 2lb ones! C’mon!
3. You’ll feel confident! Feeling fit makes you feel and look damn good!! Work it! Own it!!
4. You can educate the poor girls you overhear on the bus talking about how they’re trying this new diet that promises to drop a dress size in 7 minutes. Bless!
5. Cos you give a damn about your health, and will continue to do so! Age is nothing but a number ladies, you are as young as the man you feel (oops, that slipped out). Live life to the full and stay fabulous!
