Get some sistas on board to help you reach your goals…

Hi Ladies! Struggling with motivation? Feeling frumpy? Staring with hate at the fat suit? Fear not darlings, you need to round up a few friends to start up a support network. Going it alone is no fun!
I was chatting to a friend the other day who is doing fabulously on the body-svelte status and has continued to drop weight since January with a combo of eating right and exercise. What’s new I hear you say!! Well the point is that, said svelte-princess did mention there were moments when she nearly fell off the band-wagon, but was hauled back on it with the support of her friends. Here’s what the three sistas did:
Each week, they emailed one another with their weight-loss progress. Sometimes two of them would have lost, whilst the other may have gained a pound (serious alarm bells for the pound-putter-onner if going it alone), however with the support of the other two she was able to carry on. Similarly if the pound-losers, stayed the same, or gained a pound in the following weeks, they had the memory of the pound-putter-onner from the previous week, and were able to keep on marching on!! Together, with a few ups and downs, that have all managed to continue to lose weight.
This very simple secret of having and communicating regularly with a group of friends means that you are all in it together through highs and lows. The sistas in this group also charted their progress in a little group graph which they all had access to. You gotta love a visual ladies. We’re all about the visual here at FG!!
