The buzz around FG Headquarters has been magnificent!!! We have our very first guest post!!! See, we haven’t guest-posted yet, cos y’know, the guest poster has to be cool, and fun, and sassy, and fit, and generally all things Fit Girl. You would be most displeased with us if we just let any old wench guest-post some irrelevant rambling…as if!!! Heavens, they could even take the fun out of fitness, who needs that!!!
