Phew, it was only last week that we were getting excited about the fact that Fitness First are doing Strictly Come Dancing style classes called Strictly Fit. Then today we hear that L.A. Fitness have jumped on the Strictly bandwagon and signed Alesha Dixon, one of the Strictly Come Dancing judges and former winner of the show, to become the face of their brand!
Here Alesha talks fitness and keeping in shape with the Evening Standard. It won’t surprise you that we love her one piece of advice for staying in shape “stop the talking, stop the thinking, and just do it!” A woman after our own hearts!!
