Boo!! Hiss!! Fizzy Drinks…

OK Fit Girls, this one’s gonna be short and sweet. I know I don’t have to lecture you beauties on why fizzy drinks are bad for you, but just in case you catch one of your girlfriends engaging in a little fizzy drink sipp-age, you can lecture them on the following. New research from scientists in Israel found that drinking a couple of cans of fizzy drinks a day raised the risk of liver damage in addition to causing diabetes and heart damage. The research on whether diet drinks have the same effect is inconclusive but that stuff is over-flowing with evil aspartame and colorants, not what a girl wants to be putting in to her body.

It is a big problem with kiddies which is very sad. So next time you see your niece grabbing a can of soda, take her by the hand and lead her down the Fit Girl path of enlightenment!
