Ok this article has nothing to do with Beetlejuice but it kinda sounds the same as beetroot and I just wanted to see what happened when I said it 3 times!
Ahem, anyway, about beetroot! Well new studies suggest that beetroot juice helps individuals to work out for 16% longer!! Imagine the extra waistline trimming sprints one could squeeze in with all of that extra energy!!! Scientists say that the nitrates in the juice, which help the body to deplete less of its oxygen reserves, means exercising, feeling less tired. Ooh wee, I’m gonna try me some of that beetroot juice to add a little extra tone to the booty! Watch ya don’t spill it on a white tee though, that stuff is dangerous!
