The exception and not the rule!

Have you seen ‘He’s Just Not That into You’? Now don’t worry you’re not about to be lectured on how to manage your relationships, but the application of this wisdom is fab for wannabe Fit Girls and gets rid of any negative thinking that might stop you in your lunging tracks. So here goes….
1. Your friend who eats her body weight in chocolate and is still skinny – the exception and not the rule, it will bite her on the ass one day, so don’t let it stop you from filling up on nutritious goodies.
2. The heavy smoker with good skin (aka the Supermodel clan, circa 1990) – the exception and not the rule, I’m not gonna lecture on this one, it’s a given, smoking sucks, and your damned if ya do!
3. Your friend who claims she does no exercise and still looks hot in a bikini – the exception and not the rule. You can either not train and have a little beach jiggle, or you can train and work that beach like Pammy in Baywatch – maybe not, but you catch my drift! ps. she’s probably lying!
4. Your friend who lives off fast food, can’t run for a bus, smokes 20 a day and still looks good – did ya really think thare was gonna be any exception in this category??
So yes, you’re right, there are some gals out there that just don’t seem to have to work as hard as the rest of us. But they are THE EXCEPTION AND NOT THE RULE!! Don’t let that stop you from working your butt off in the gym and resisting temptation when the birthday cookies get passed around the office.
